On the subject of price tag by itself, USPS beats DHL. It is much more competitive on delivery expenses and it hits customers with less surcharges than DHL. If you’re a 3PL or ecommerce company sending objects less than 70 kilos to clients throughout the U.S., then your best bet is USPS. ??
